Hi Tech Services S.r.l. outsource our services to both equipment manufacturers and users in order to reduce their internal costs. Therefore the marketing drivers are based on a large portfolio of service packages, high quality level, fast response time, matching customer expectation.

Following our market strategy, we have built an employee structure that reflects our market needs.
We have chosen to have a company structure that can assure us of a long lasting and strong customer/supplier relationship.

 

For this reason, we have decided to:

· Limit the number of represented companies, so that we can get a deeper knowledge of the products and concentrate on the pre and post sales services supplied to the customer base.

· Use only people with excellent technical background so that they are always capable of interacting with the customer at all levels, including servicing the equipment..
